Cop Tootomi WIP

This a pic of Tootomi sporting a more formal outfit, inspired really by the female inspectors in the various versions of the Law and Order tv shows. This is actually a depiction of a slightly older and much wiser Tootomi (although technically she shouldn't be wearing glasses at this point in time. I started this a while back and obviously still need to finish it.
